Now that I am writing more again this was the first thing that started bothering me. In the end I want something like this for an interface to work within:
Well want to know a secret? The example above can be done in under 1 minute.
I have been aware of something called Greasemonkey for a while for use within Firefox. Having never really done much with it I more or less overlooked it, well not any more.
To get the "expanded compose screen" you will need to:
- Install Firefox
- Install Greasemonkey
- Install this script (more about the script here)

I tried this and it didn't do anything for e. I use firefox. I installed greasemonkey (i can see the little monkey face in the bottom of the browser), I installed the script. and it's not working. I right click the monkey and it says the script is activated. Is there some thing else I need to do?
I tried this and it didn't work for me. I have firefox, installed greasemonkey and the script, when I right click on the monkey at the bottom of the browser there's a check next to "blogger large post editor" and yet the editor is still small. Is there something else I need to do?
Naomi, have you restarted your firefox (and possibly your computer). some of the scripts I have been playing with have needed this 'reset'. If you have and are still getting the issue post back and we can dive into this further.
Cheers,
Beau
